We are creatures of habit and patterns and usually we re not aware of them. Some habits are good, like brushing our teeth. Others, lead to decisions that can cause us unhappiness. We tend to do the same things over and over again without thinking which recreates similar situations because it is comfortable and what we know. It is only by taking the time to decide from a clear perspective what we want to create and attract into our lives that we will start to be attracted to different types of people.
We also attract people who mirror back to us how we fell about ourselves. So by taking the time to reflect on the choices we’ve made, clean up unfinished business, embrace who we are and prepare to move forward with clarity and choice, you can avoid this common experience.
Your past does not have to represent your future. You can change your thoughts, beliefs, and attitude and DECIDE what you want. Define it and then allow it into your life, and of course take attractive actions toward making it reality while you embrace the present and live fully today with confidence.
